Pet Adoption Requirements:  

  1. Applicant(s) must be a minimum of 25 years old.

  2. Applicant(s) must be a Homeowner. 

  3. Application Approval, Reference Check, Home Visit & Donation required. 

  4. Email Sylvia@ScargoWagsandWiggles.com to request an adoption application. 

  5. An application must be submitted prior to scheduling an appointment.

  6.  We want to make sure that you and the dog you're interested in are the perfect match!

  7. After application approval, meetings must be coordinated with foster parents.
